FIRST APPOINTMENT - 90 minutes

  • We start by giving you the time and attention you deserve. Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and will take 90 minutes to ensure enough time to listen, answer questions, and develop a plan that works best for you. Taking care of your mental health is an investment in yourself, and it's worth the time and effort. All of my intake forms must be completed ONLINE prior to the first appointment. I am a cash only provider. You can submit receipts to your insurance and see if they will reimburse for an OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

  • Follow-up appointments range from 30 min to 60 minutes. We also have shorter and longer medication management and therapy appointments tailored to your needs. Bundled discounts can be discussed.

FEES

  • The first comprehensive psychiatric appointment rate is for 90 minutes and is $350.00. This includes a plan and updates tailored to your needs. There is a discounted rate if you have been a patient with me in the past and returning to care.

  • Follow-up appointment fees vary by time. Cost: $75 (for 15 min) $175 to 200 (for 30 min to 1 hour) $225 (for 90 min)

  • I do not accept insurance, however, can provide a receipt (superbill) that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Bundled Rates are paid in advance and include discounted rates. Please ask if interested.
